Apple what were you thinking?!
This 2019 iMac 21.5″ was shipped from the factory with an old-fashioned mechanical hard drive, and no Solid state drive (SSD)…
So it was fundamentally 10 years out of date before it had left the factory!
Our technicians at MH Tech Centre are trained experts with iMac SSD Upgrades, it is a common job and one of the biggest upgrades you can do for the iMac, or any other Mac, MacBook or computer of any kind that is not running on an SSD. Either this one had no fusion drive, or it had failed, either way we found no trace of storage aside from the hard drive which was the sole reason for our customer coming in with performance issues.
